Important: Returns are only accepted for the following specific reasons. Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

We offer returns within 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your delivery, you will not be offered a return or refund.

Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:

1.Product found to be defective on receiving - The product is not working properly or has manufacturing defects when you receive it.
2.Damage in transit - The product was damaged during shipping and delivery.
3.Wrong product delivered - You received a different product than what you ordered.

Note: Returns are strictly limited to these three reasons only. Any other reasons will not be accepted for returns.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery. The return window is calculated from the date your order status changes to "delivered".

Return Process

Once you submit a return request, our team will review it within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification with the status of your return request.

•If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
•Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement as applicable.
